What Is Fat Burning Furnace?

There are plenty of diet products out on the market and Fat Burning Furnace is one of them. It is important to understand each of the products so this post is going to cover what FBF really is and the pros and cons to the program. This will help you make the decision over whether it really is worth buying – and to make sure that it isn’t yet another scam product on the market.

What is Fat Burning Furnace?

I will be upfront and honest here; I have never used this before. However, I do know people who have and have also looked into forums and websites about the product and found out that it does work – as long as you are willing to put in the time and effort! You may be asking why I’m writing about it if I haven’t tried it – and why I haven’t tried it. The simple answer to that is I’ve found a diet that does work for me. I won’t go on a diet just for the sake of it and I’m not going to risk a fluctuation in my weight to try this out. It isn’t the fact that I don’t trust it but my theory is “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

The sales page is just another generic sales page, which does scream scam at first – and this is why I looked into the other reviews and talked to the people I knew who had been on the diet. It turns out that it isn’t yet another “fad diet”.

Fat Burning Furnace is an eBook, which is full of information about what makes people fat and the best ways to lose weight. It does not focus on eating less; it does not focus on doing hours of exercise every day; it focuses on choosing the right foods and changing your daily habits to help with losing weight. It is a long term plan and something that will help you keep the weight off afterwards.

The course material in the book is unlike most other weight loss products. Instead of going over the same strategies that you hear time and time again, this offers different ideas; it comes from people who have dealt with the same fad strategies and offers something that has worked for them and could work for you.

Could This Be For You?

The truth is that Fat Burning Furnace will not be for everyone; but then this is the same with Slimming World, Weight Watchers and all of the other diets that you will see on my blog! The best thing about FBF is that there is a money back guarantee – the creators stand by their product and offer you a full refund if you do find that it doesn’t work; scam artists simply won’t offer that!

Everything that you need to know is included in the eBook and the eBook is full of information. I’ve seen a few pages of it and trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed. Most diet books are full of filler information to pad out the small amount of information that you will find online; however, this is not the case when it comes to FBF. Everything you read will have relevance.

There is no focus on eating less to lose weight and there is no need to start calorie counting. Contrary to other diets, the book wants you to eat more! Eating less just means that your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down, which will not help you to lose weight. There is also a big emphasis on the types of foods that you should be eating, such as lean meat, fruit and vegetables.

Exercise is included but it is not as big as you would expect! There are exercise plans included in the book and all of these can be done from the comfort of your own home. And the programs will not take you all day; they are short 20 minute bursts that are designed to help you lose weight and keep it off!

The Possible Downsides

Fat Burning Furnace is not a miracle cure and doesn’t pretend to be, which is something that I like about it. It does not pretend that you will lose 30 pounds in 10 days and does not make you think that you will have the body of your dreams by the end of the month. The focus is on losing weight to keep it off and not getting to your goal as quickly as possible. This may be a downside for you if you are looking to lose weight fast but there are some major health problems by doing this.

There is a lot of information to take in and it takes about a week to read through the material. The information is important though and will help you understand more about the diet. This is not something if you want a diet that you can start right away and get into it instantly.

Like I’ve already said, this isn’t a diet for everyone. It isn’t because Fat Burning Furnace is a scam; it is more due to the fact that not everyone will have the determination and motivation to see it all through. The good thing about FBF, though, is that you can get a full refund if you find that it isn’t for you.

To order your copy of Fat Burning Furnace, please follow this link. I’ll be honest again, this is an affiliate link. All it means is that I get something from your order – it does not increase the cost of the product for you in any way. If you did enjoy this review and it has helped you make a decision, I’d love it if you could use my link to order it.

Why You Shouldn't Join a Gym

Everybody makes the same resolution every single year. Join a gym, go five times a week and get fitter. It starts off great for the first two weeks or so; the gym bag is in the car ready for you after work; the membership card is in and out of the wallet more times that your bank card; and you are on that treadmill for 30 minutes, five times a week.

However, after two weeks the excitement of something new dies down. Your body starts to ache from all the muscles that are being used after months of not realising they existed; people are going out again after work now the January salaries are in after a month of living on nothing with Christmas and New Year; and there just isn't time for the gym. That membership card, that you're still paying £30, £40 sometimes as much as £60 a month for, is sitting on your wallet, gathering dust. Now, instead of going to the gym 5 times a week, you're lucky if you make it there once a month.

Free Ways to Keep Fit

There are plenty of ways to keep fit without the need to fork out a monthly membership to a gym that you're not likely going to go to ever again once January draws to the close (if you even make it that far).

Experts say that you should exercise for 30 minutes, five times a week. Walking/jogging is the best, easiest and cheapest way of doing this. All you need to really spend money on is some decent running shoes that fit your feet. Many sports places are now doing a fitting that involves you walking/running on a treadmill and a computer shows exactly how you walk/run so you can find running shoes that will give you the best support. These test cost around £20, however if you buy running shoes from that shop on that day, most of the time they're free. The running shoes will cost you around £40-£50 for a good pair, but they will last you around a year (unless you're a cross country runner, in which case you'll be running so much that you won't be reading this!). I've used the same pair of trainers for five or six years now and they are still comfortable and still perfect for the job!

Walking/Jogging

Once you have your running shoes and some loose, comfortable clothing like tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt, all you need to do is find somewhere close to you - a park, a reservoir, even around your block will do!

Cycling

Why not trade the car in for a shiny new bicycle to get to work? Yes, a new bicycle may cost a fair bit of money, but when you think of the money you will save in petrol or bus fair, it will pay off. Plus, the government is doing a Cycle to Work Initiative, so you may be able to save some money on a new bicycle by checking that out.

Local councils of the major big cities also have safe cycle routes. If you want to find out if yours has one and download a map of all the safe cycle routes, all you really need to do is type 'cycling' and the name of your town/city into Google.

Fitness DVDs

If you don't like the idea of going outside for a jog when it's snowing or bucketing down with rain, there is always the "inside the house" choice for free ways to keep fit. There are plenty of fitness DVDs out there in the shops by almost every female celebrity who has lost weight. Why not check one out? You could even get some friends over one night and instead of the pizza and drinks, have a laugh with a fitness DVD - not sure how much of the DVD will be done, but at least it's a little more entertaining than the thought of running for 30 minutes on a treadmill, staring at yourself through the mirror opposite.

If you have a games console, most now have the motion sensors and fitness 'games' out. Wii Fit Plus is one that caters to all ages, sizes and abilities and not only keeps you fit, but tracks your progress, checks your BMI and helps your set reasonable goals. This is something that I used on a regular basis until getting pregnant - right now I mainly stick with swimming to avoid injury - and will use again as soon as the baby is born.

Take Up a Sport

One of the best things you can do to keep fit and keep up that New Year's resolution is to simply go to the park and kick a ball around with some friends or children, or play fetch with the dog (providing you have one first).

Maybe you have a old cricket set sitting in the garage, or a tennis set in the attic that you haven't used since you were a teenager. You could easily pull out your sports equipment and find something different to do every day in the park. Most parks will have a tennis or basketball court or goal posts set up somewhere. If there are no goal posts, you can always make some with tops on the ground as long as the ground is dry. You'll be surprised how fast time goes too when you're having a 'quick' game of football or rounders.

Housework

I bet you weren't thinking of that one, were you? Yes, even a regular dose of housework can keep you fit and this is one of the easy free ways to keep fit. Hoovering is actually one of the best ones because you're constantly moving. When the weather is good, you could even hang all your washing out since you'll get double the exercise by bringing it in once it's dry. ANd even gardening will help burn off those unwanted calories; it could also help you save money if you start growing your own vegetables!

Free Day Passes

If you do find that you want to try a gym, then most of the big named gyms are doing free passes ranging from a day to three days. You'll get to use the gym as if you were a paying member and get a real taster of what the place is like and whether you would want to go five times a week or whether it really is just a New Year's fad.

However, with these passes, the staff will put pressure on you to sign up to a membership afterwards so make sure you're ready for that and stick to your guns and say no - if you know that the gym will be a waste of money.

Just as a little tip, before you undertake any exercise that you should check with your GP (that doesn't mean if the GP says you shouldn't do strenuous exercise that it's your excuse not to clean up the house!) It's a check to make sure that you can do all the exercise that you want to do.

Also remember, during winter, the days still get dark early, so if you're going to walk/run after work, make sure you have something bright like an illuminuous jacket, so that other people and drivers can see you. This way you take advantage of the free ways to keep fit while also staying safe! Another safety tip is to make sure that someone knows where you are going and your exact route; if something does happen, they will be able to track you to find out if you are okay.

The Best Exercise for Losing Weight

Something that many people as is what the best exercise for losing weight is. Generally speaking, it is worth doing all types of exercises when it comes to losing weight successful but there are some that are better than others, especially if you want to lose weight fast.

Running for Weight Loss

The first type of exercise that is considered to be one of the best is running. This is something that you can do at your own pace, in your own time and for free; there is no need to pay the expensive gym memberships for this. The benefit of running is that it raises your heart rate and will boost the amount of calories that you burn. It also boosts your metabolism.

Try doing interval training, which can also be referred to as sprint training. Run as fast as you can for 15 seconds and then slow the pace down to a slow job or a walk for 45 seconds. Repeat this 10 times. As you improve, you can increase the amount of sprints that you do and increase the time that you sprint for, while decreasing the time that you walk/jog for. Interval training is beneficial because your body continues to burn calories after your session, unlike with other types of training.

Swimming Session to Lose Weight

Swimming is something that is worth trying, especially if you are a beginner at exercise or if you are injured. The water is able to hold your water, so you will feel weight less. On top of that, your joints are supported and there are fewer risks to them. Running and other high intensity sports run the risk of injury due to the way that the shock that goes through your body.

You can do interval training when swimming, to increase your metabolic rate. Swim one length of the pool and back as fast as you can - any stroke that you are comfortable with - and then give yourself a rest. This can be anything from 45 seconds to a minutes (depending on the stroke). Repeat this at least five times. As you improve, cut the rest time down by five seconds at a time or add extra repetitions.

Why Weight Training is not the Best Exercise for Losing Weight

While weight training is worth doing, this is not the best type of exercise to do when it comes to trying to lose weight fast. Weight training will work on the muscles but will not be able to burn fat. You will have toned muscles all around but they will be hidden by the layers of fat. You will need to still do cardiovascular training and eat a good diet to be able to lose weight quickly and successfully.

While looking for the best exercise for losing weight, it is also important to look out for the best diet to follow. You will need a healthy eating plan that is something you can stick to and will change the way that you think about food. This will not only help you lose weight fast but also keep it off for the rest of your life!
