Set Mini Goals Along the Way

Have a constant visual reminder of what you were when you started to lose weight; this will be the reminder of what you don’t want to go back to. Another good visual reminder is where you want to be. This could be a photo of yourself at your goal weight from the past or an outfit that you are dreaming about fitting into. You could also sign up to a website that will give you the chance to see what you will be like at certain weights to find the perfect body – bear in mind that these programs will not give an exact! Having this reminder of what you want to get to will help to keep the motivation when you are losing weight.

Motivation will come and go but you need it to continue losing weight and being successful.
